Dr. R Vasanthagopal is presently Senior Professor and Head of the Institute of Management in Kerala, University of Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India. He is also officiating as Dean of the Faculty of Management Studies of the University. He receives his Master of Commerce in Finance, M.Phil. and Ph.D. from the University of Kerala. As a passionate educator with over 28 years of experience in leading successful finance and accounting courses for undergraduate and postgraduate students, he focuses on innovative teaching methodologies and student success. He has published 12 books on Commerce and Management and over 75 research publications in high-end journals. As a professional speaker, he conducted over 100 invited lectures and presented papers in more than 50 national and international conferences. As a research supervisor, 27 candidates have completed PhD under him. He is also acting as an expert, editor and reviewer of several academic and professional bodies of national and international repute.
