Dr. Retty R Nath is an Assistant Professor in Management Studies. She embarked on her academic journey with a passion for understanding the intricacies of management and organisational behaviour. Her academic journey includes MBA in Systems and Mass Communication, Ph.D.in Management Studies from MS University and expertise in various aspects of Business Management including Human Resource Management, Strategic Systems Planning and Business Communication.

She published various articles in reputable journals, which has equipped her with a robust foundation in these fields. With over 15 years of teaching experience as an Assistant Professor in Department of Management Studies, University of Kerala, Dr. Retty R Nath actively involved in designing and delivering courses that empower students to develop critical thinking skills, apply management concepts to real-world scenarios and cultivate leadership abilities.

Moreover, she is dedicative in contributing her academic excellence not only in the classroom but cater it to entire university community, colleagues and industry partners.
