The Placement Cell Committee is a crucial body that aids students in making the transition from school to the workforce at the Institute of Management in Kerala (IMK). The committee, comprised of hardworking students, serves as a bridge between the student body and the industry. Various placement-related events are planned, including skill development workshops, industry contacts, recruitment drives, etc. The committee works hard to ensure that the student’s goals and the company expectations lineup so that IMK students are placed in the best possible positions. This student-led programme, dedicated to promoting professional development, is essentialin paving the way for prosperous career pathways and improving IMK graduates’ employability.

The Placement Committee is a student-entrusted body, which oversees the entire placement process of the institute. Placements are handled by placement cell which consist of faculty coordinators Dr. Simi S V & Dr. Dileepa S Hari and student representatives. The aim of the placement cell is to ensure that the students are well-equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to make informed career choices and secure promising job opportunities. It strives to create a conducive environment that fosters learning, growth, and development. Mission is to bridge the gap between academic brilliance and industry requirements, moulding individuals into well-rounded professionals. The Placement Cell actively engages with corporations, inviting them to campus for recruitment drives, guest lectures, and interactive sessions, fostering a dynamic exchange of knowledge. At IMK, the Placement Cell strives to fulfil their commitment towards nurturing talent and empowering students to realize their full potential.
